Swiftwater has enjoyed a very good success rate through the years. We have guided fathers/sons, fathers/daughters, brothers and hunting companions and are very competitively
priced for these type hunts. There are many advantages to having 2 hunters/guide when going after moose, individually your chances are greatly increased. When spotting and stalking we can leave
1 person on the hilltop to direct the hunters. When calling in the sloughs one never knows from which direction the moose may come, or attempt escape. When a moose has been taken, believe us, it
is nice to have another person to help.
Swiftwater has the only three leases of private property in nearly 75 river miles, and another lease on property further down river. This allows us to hunt out of comfortable, established
camps. Two of our camps are log cabins, on the other we plan to build a large tent platform. All of these camps are right in the heart of moose and caribou country. You'll always return to these
camps after a days hunt, we do not operate our actual hunts from spike camps as many outfitters do. We pride ourselves on real hunts, from real camps. You are as likely to see moose a short walk
from camp as anywhere on the river.

Outfitted Camps
We only book one unguided camp/year. As with all our camps it is placed near strategic caribou areas that do not require jet boats for mobility. Moose hunting is equally as good as any other location
in our area. Small boats are provided to access areas across the river or short distances away. Moose must be 50"' wide to be legal, this is a difficult judgment call and requires caution.
